1. Who you are contracting with

These terms are an agreement between you and EchoFluent ("we", "us"), the provider of the EchoFluent AI voice language-tutoring service. Contact: jahongirbusiness07@gmail.com.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or continuing to use the service you agree to these terms. If you are using the service for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it. If you are an individual, you confirm you are of legal age to enter into this agreement in your country.

3. What the service is

EchoFluent lets you hold spoken conversations with an AI tutor in a language and level you choose, and tracks your practice progress. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own language practice.

4. Your account

Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Keep your credentials confidential — you are responsible for activity under your account.

5. Prepaid practice minutes

The service is sold as prepaid practice minutes. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. Each new account receives 10 free practice minutes once. Additional minutes are purchased in packs and are deducted while a practice session is running. Minutes are personal to your account and are not transferable or exchangeable for cash. Fair-use limits apply to protect the service against automated abuse.

6. Payments and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax and cancellation mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use the service unlawfully, fraudulently, or for spam;
  • infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
  • interfere with the service's security — no malware, probing, scraping, or circumventing usage limits;
  • resell, redistribute, or reverse engineer the service;
  • share your account so multiple people consume one balance.

8. AI-generated content

  • You are responsible for what you say to the tutor, for how you use its replies, and for having the rights to any content you provide.
  • Do not use the service to generate illegal content, deepfakes or impersonation, hate speech, harassment, sexual content involving minors, malware, or to attempt to jailbreak the underlying models.
  • Accuracy: AI output can be wrong. Tutor replies, corrections and translations are for language practice only and are not professional, legal, medical, financial or other regulated advice. Verify anything important.
  • We may filter, refuse or remove outputs and restrict accounts to keep the service safe. If you believe content infringes your rights, email us and we will review and act, including terminating repeat infringers.
  • As between you and us, you keep the rights to what you say; we retain all rights to the service itself.

9. Intellectual property

We own the service and all intellectual property in it, including software, design, branding and documentation. You grant us a limited licence to process the content you submit solely to provide the service to you.

10. Availability

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Features may change or be withdrawn. Voice features depend on your device, microphone and network.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service at any time. On termination, unused minutes may be refunded in line with our Refund Policy where required by law.

12. Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your unlawful use of the service, your content, or your breach of these terms.

14. General

We may assign this agreement in connection with a merger or acquisition; you may not assign it without our consent. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai, UAE have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory local consumer law gives you a different forum. If a clause is unenforceable, the rest remains in force. We will post updates to these terms on this page.
