Once a refund is issued, any remaining practice minutes from that purchase are removed from your account. Refunds are returned to your original payment method; your bank may take a few business days to show them.
The free minutes granted to new accounts carry no charge and so are not refundable. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected by this policy, and Paddle's refund policy also applies to your order.
